I sat down with Chris Hoad this past weekend to talk about his restaurant, and to find out what he has been doing as it is certainly business unusual right now.

Barbados reopened its doors for commercial airlift on Sunday, July 12th. The very first airline to touch down again on our shores was an Air Canada flight from Toronto.
